Prixa and AdMedika Forge Strategic Alliance to Accelerate Indonesia’s Digital Health Access

In Indonesia’s fast-evolving digital era, people expect speed, simplicity, and efficiency from every service—especially healthcare. The Ministry of Communication and Informatics has noted how the Covid-19 pandemic catalyzed digital adoption nationwide, with healthtech among the sectors experiencing surging demand. According to the Google, Temasek, and Bain eConomy SEA 2020 report, Indonesia’s digital economy expanded by 11% compared to 2019. The Center for Indonesian Policy Studies (CIPS) estimated that around 37% of Indonesia’s 2020 digital consumers were first-timers who shifted online due to the pandemic. By 2022, Frost & Sullivan’s Digital Market Overview projected digital health revenues in Indonesia could reach US\$ 726 million with a 60% annual growth rate.
Amid this momentum, a sizable portion of the population still has limited access to the latest Artificial Intelligence (AI)-driven services. That gap is where Prixa, a digital health platform, is stepping in by forging a strategic collaboration with AdMedika to build a more connected ecosystem.
“AdMedika remains committed to enhancing services for clients and members while actively advancing Digital Healthcare in Indonesia. As a Total Health Solution company, through a strategic partnership with Prixa, we can offer a white-label, ready-to-use telemedicine platform that enables participants to enjoy cashless services,” said Dwi Sulistiani, CEO of AdMedika.
This alliance is designed to streamline interactions between clients and Prixa. Within a single platform, clients can access advanced features such as an AI-powered symptom checker, teleconsultations, and pharmacy delivery.
“Prixa exists to simplify access to primary healthcare through AI,” said James Roring, CEO and Co-founder of Prixa. “Across our ecosystem, consumers can use teleconsultations, pharmacy delivery, on-demand lab tests, tertiary care referrals, and health content. We’re doubling down on pharmacy delivery by leveraging big data and digital solutions to generate more real-time insights and create holistic, patient-centered value. Through this strategic collaboration with AdMedika, Prixa can now offer doctor teleconsultations via AdMedika’s channels, extending our reach to more communities.”
By uniting strengths, Prixa and AdMedika aim to support Indonesia’s digital transformation agenda and contribute to economic growth by broadening access to reliable, high-quality digital healthcare. Their joint approach reflects a wider nationwide push to elevate service standards while keeping care affordable and accessible.
